Taiwan Cafe

I come here quite often, and always get their Singapore rice noodles with chicken. Last night, my girlfriend came along with me, and she ordered the sushi. Given the feel of the restaurant, we were unsure about the quality of the sushi, but we were thoroughly surprised. Had the tuna roll and the eel roll (brown rice), and both were absolutely delicious. Better than Nakama, by far.

Good food, good price, good service (the "cool" Asian waiter dude). Decor is so-so at best, but everything else that matters is +1 :)

Don't let this place fool you from the outside or the fact that its in the basement. It's delicious and has great americanized Chinese food and has some good authentic Chinese food as well for those of us who enjoy both. Oh I should also add, the sushi rolls are fantastic as well! Yum!
